This exciting new module explores the issues behind the recent and ongoing renovation of three of London's major museums - the London Transport Museum, Museum of Childhood and Museum of London. Through talks, discussions and behind the scenes tours with curators, it considers issues of object display, interpretation, access and audience, as well as some of the particular challenges facing these very different destinations.
This module will take place over two evenings and four Saturdays: Thursday 15th January and Thursday 2nd April, 6-9pm; Saturdays 17 January, 7 & 28 February and 21st March, 1-4.30pm.
